Quotations and Scope
Your quotation confirms the final scope, applicable rates, total price, required formats, included revisions and delivery timing. Additional concepts, major creative changes, substantial rework and requests outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately.
Payment
For direct-client projects, 100% payment is required before work begins. Agency commercial terms are governed separately.
Customer Materials
Customers remain responsible for supplying final text, product information, images and brand assets, and for ensuring they have permission to provide and use submitted materials, trademarks, footage and other content.
Printing And Physical Production
Printing and physical production are not included unless specifically quoted.
Final Files And Licensing
Editable and source files are not included unless agreed in writing. Commercial use of final approved content remains subject to applicable third-party licence terms.
